PAYMENT

Confirmed sign ups will receive an email with payment instructions via Venmo or Zelle. We will allow 48 hours for you to complete the payment, otherwise, you sign up may be cancelled.

CANCELLATION

As we do not take commission from this event, we are sorry that we can’t provide refunds for any cancellations once payment has been received. Should you wish to transfer your paid booking to someone else, please notify us with the name and contact number of the new guest. You will need to make payment arrangements on your own.
