Toronto’s Roy Richard will be leading these easy but beneficial morning exercises fit for all ages.

 

Roy Richard:

I am not a Personal Trainer and I do not hold any certification Certificates. Although, over the many decades of my Life, I have attended and participated in activities similar to the routines that I will instruct the participants at IFCON. Therefore, I am familiar with these routines. Moreover, I am aware that many of the people attending are Seniors who need to have a Lighter movements, while still accomplishing Aerobic exercise keeps your muscles strong, which can help you maintain mobility as you get older. Some of these exercises are for older adults; which can improve your quality of life. Aerobic exercise also keeps your mind sharp.

Group Morning Exercise By Poolside

MORNING WELLNESS

Tuscany Hotel Private Lap Pool

September 1st, Friday 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM 

September 2nd, Saturday 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM

All morning event activities are suitable for those at the Beginner & Intermediate Levels.

Activities may require standing majority of the time.

Each activity will be approximately 15 minutes in length.

Each segment has music playing in the background.

Participants will have time for washroom break, drinking water etc. between each segment. 

Chairs may not be available.

Prepare sunblock depending on your needs.

 

Attire: Comfortable. We will be by the pool but exercises will be on the ground.

 

Breakdown of Activities as follows:

Beginner & Intermediate Levels:

  • Morning Meditation

  • Warm-ups

  • Stretching movements

  • Aerobic Workout For Seniors

  • Erotic Body Movements

  • Cool down
